Shipping Policy: (Due to the worldwide Pandemic, shipping times may vary. Please be patient with us and our shipping carriers) 

Complimentary Shipping on orders greater then $250

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS days after your order is placed (this time excludes weekends and holidays).
Rush Order PROCESSING is available at fee of $10 per order https://www.craftsupplycanada.com/products/rushed-processing

FRAGILE SHIPPING must be added to every order that has breakable items included - if this is NOT added, we will not be responsible for any items that are damaged during transit https://www.craftsupplycanada.com/products/fragile-shipping
COMBINED SHIPPING There is a combined shipping fee of $5 if you would like to add items to an order that is currently OPEN. Please double check your online account or message us to ensure that you do have an open order. Shipping Options:
1. Parcel - Flat Rate Fee of $18 TRACKED
We ship our Parcels through Loomis whenever possible. There are certain remote areas as well as PO BOXES that Loomis will not ship to. In these cases, we will ship with Canada Post.
2. Lettermail - Flat Rate Fee of $18 UNTRACKED (YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE IF YOUR PACKAGE DOES FIT AS LETTERMAIL SHIPPING)
We do also ship lettermail and oversized lettermail through Canada Post. Lettermail is NOT tracked and generally takes 5-10 BUSINESS Days to reach you. 
Lettermail packages must not be any thicker then 22mm. If you chose this option and your items DO NOT fit as lettermail shipping, you will be charged the full $18 and your package will go as a Parcel. 
 We will not be held responsible for lost /delayed orders after your package has shipped and is no longer in our possession.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

Craft Supply Canada does not offer refunds or exchanges after items have been paid for. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss the issues.
