All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed (except during holidays and drops). We ship via Canada post as this is the lowest shipping option, we also want to keep shipping charges low for our customers.
We ship lettermail (no tracking) when possible and also offer upgraded shipping options for an extra fee. Once your order has shipped it can take 5-10 business days (this is only an estimate as we have no control of postal service), please allow time for processing, if your order does not arrive within this time frame please message us for assistance. We will not be held responsible for lost /delayed orders after your package has shipped and is no longer in our possession.

If we are out of stock on any of the items that you have ordered, will will automatically refund you for those items and ship the rest! We will no longer be contacting you to let you know about the change.
While Craft Supply Canada does not offer refunds or exchanges, if you receive a defective product you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product being delivered. We may require you to send us photos of the defective product for verification. If we require the item to be returned to us we will reimburse you for regular mail shipping charges. You must contact us prior to returning any product for refund or exchange.
There will be a $15 flat rate fee charged for BOTH of the following options, however, if you pick the lettermail option at checkout and your package does fit as lettermail (no more then 22mm thickness) then you WILL be refunded the difference in the shipping Price.
Lettermail (untracked) price will depend on the weight of the package and will range from $2.50-$7.00 - Any shipping overages for this option Will be refunded to you.
Parcel (tracked) There is a flat rate fee of $15 for Parcel shipping - This will be sent Tracked through Canada Post
